I am a certified intimacy coach and somatic sexologist. 

I have completed over 1000 hours of body based transformational coaching training with The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality and The Somatica Institute.

Somatic Coaching Sessions

Sex, relationship and intimacy experiential somatic therapy which involves counseling, coaching, and relational experiments. These sessions can involve touch, however there is no nudity or genital touching. 

What happens in a session?

Think of it as a real life training ground for your intimate relationships.

Each session varies greatly since I customize my session style to each couple and individual's interests and needs. Sessions can combine talk based counseling and information WITH hands-on interactive touch and experiential practice and learning. This is what makes this method so much more transformative over talk based therapy only.

We tend to spend so much time in our heads… here you learn how to be present in your body and trust its authentic expression creating intimacy beyond your wildest dreams.

Some sessions will happen in bed as we lounge and get cozy and other sessions will be done on a massage table, while others will be seated in chairs or on a couch.
